My Fourth Place

Have I ever mentioned about my third place?

Yes, I have never mentioned before that this blog site "Happiness is my Choice" is my third place. In this site, I own the world and nobody can stop me for whatever I want to post. Here, I can write whatever it is that I am feeling, good or bad. Also, I can share anything and everything under the sun with everyone through my blogs. I love writing and sharing, and I guess, that's the reason why I did My Fourth Place.

What's "My Fourth Place?" Well, I am planning about this 3 months ago, before 2010 ended but since I am busy about a lot of things, I don't know where and how to start. But after thinking hardly and being greatly motivated by all the tragedies and disasters happening around us, I decided to continue doing this. I MUST do this even if it is kinda late.

And so after few days of typing and reading, I am officially sharing my fourth place entitled "Our Daily Bread Online." In this new blog site that I did, I can share what is needed to be shared. It was just last year when I started to read Our Daily Bread and seriously, it helped me a lot in becoming a stronger person. It gave me the courage and strength to face each day with full confidence (because I know that there is Someone that's always guiding me. That's the reason why I decided to do this, to help each of the readers (if there will be) to be more connected with our Father and to understand life more.

I hope people won't take this the wrong way. I am not a perfect person and I didn't create the site for any other reason but to share those good messages that I am reading each day. For me, this is the least that I can do regarding the sharing of God's word.

Every post contain a message that our Father wants us to be reminded of. It will never take a lot of your time (trust me!), just like reading few verses in the bible.

You are all invited in MY FOURTH PLACE anytime!

seeyah there! :)

Life, Love, Chocolate

let me share you this.

An entry I read on a favorite blog caught my eye. It was the morning of his ninth wedding anniversary. Not having a lot of money, the writer ran out to get his wife, Heidi, their favorite French pastry- pain au chocolat. After sprinting several miles, he arrived home, exhausted, to find her in the kitchen just pulling a chocolate-filled croissant out of the oven. It was pain au chocolat.

That husband, Jeff, compared his life with Heidi to the lives of the people in O. Henry's short story "Gift of Magi." It tells a man who sold his lone possession of value, a pocket watch, to buy hair combs for his wife, who had sold her long, beautiful hair to buy a gold chain for his watch.

Having no money concerns would be great but realizing the immeasurable value of the people we care about is more important. We sometimes need a reminder that acquiring "things" is not nearly as important as appreciating the people Gos has placed in our lives. When we practice putting others' interests before our own, we learn what it means to love, serve, and sacrifice, In fact, that's how we pattern Christ in our relationships.

LIFE, LOVE and CHOCOLATE taste better when shared with others.
--Cindy Hess Casper

in reality most of us are afraid to give too much because we are always afraid that it will not be given back. but like God's love for us, let us love without asking anything in return.

let us love without any hesitation.
let us love with all our heart.

let us share love as we share our favorite chocolates with others.

i'm back with lots of memories to share

i've been in blogspot since july 2009 but i don't have much time to do blogging so it stayed blank and pale.

it was just today when i realized that i have missed blogging many important things about my life. Because of it, i choose to start again. Some blogs of mine will be outdated but i want it to be reminisced and share with you so i will still write it all here.

i will let this site be a diary of my life.

my first few posts will be a bit like a flash back of this year.
hopefully, i can finish it before another important thing happens.

i hope that i can do blogging more often after the flash back. haha!
